MUNYAKA LIFESTYLE ESTATE PENTHOUSE
Waterfall, Midrand’s newest lifestyle estate Munyaka is poised to be the crown gem of South African sectional titles.
A private client hired Mafulako Design Studio to design a penthouse overlooking the Midrand and Sandton skylines. This includes the design of the master bedroom, a study, living room, kitchen and balcony.
PRIMARY HEALTH CARE FACILITY
Getting timely access to quality health care is a challenge for rural residents for a variety of reasons including distance, lack of income, lack of education, and general poverty. The project’s goals included making healthcare accessible to the uninsured, collaborating with patients to improve health outcomes, and controlling costs for the tax payers.
MDESIGN OFFICE SPACE LAYOUT
In addition to private offices, collaboration zones, quiet zones, and a hot desking area, the layout of the office space at MDesign is primarily open-plan, which encourages interaction and smooth productivity. The area is adaptable and encourages activity-based design. The environment is bright and airy in order to encourage productivity, well-being, and interpersonal communication. Ergonomics are meticulously constructed to reduce injuries and promote better moods, focus, and concentration, which in turn increases production.
